That's part of the reason professional golfer Jeff Sluman is ready to part ways with his home in Hinsdale, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Sluman's wife, Linda Scruggs Sluman, said that living in Florida "is better for my husband's golf game".

But the couple was sad to say goodbye because the Chicago area had been their home for many years and Scruggs Sluman was born and raised there.

The four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom custom-built property has a lot going for it, including proximity to the shops and parks of Hinsdale.

Priced at $2.65 million, the home is one of the most expensive listings in town.
