Sofia Vergara, the star of the TV series Modern Family, has dropped the price of her Beverly Hills, California, mansion to $18 million from the previous $19.6 million.
The price this time? $15,950,000.
Despite the discount, Vergara is still on track to buy the house she paid $10.6 million for in 2014 for 1,1300 square feet.
The Tuscan-style villa has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and has been completely renovated. So, coupled with the lower price tag, it's sure to attract its next owner soon.
High ceilings, exposed beams and a colour palette of beige and cream create a luxurious Italian style. The formal living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the yard, while the den features a cosy fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, Viking appliances and a breakfast area.
There's plenty of room for extended family and guests to move around - especially on the lower level, where there's a spectacular family bar that would be at home in a boutique hotel.
Movie nights are sure to be a lavish affair in the large screening room with 10 plush seats. A wine cellar with 3,000 bottles of wine and a private gym with sauna add to the upscale indoor amenities.
Outside, the mansion's opulence continues with a beautiful swimming pool and spa on half an acre of lawn, surrounded by hedges to keep out prying eyes, of course. There's also a three-car garage.
Vergara started out as a model in her native Colombia and went on to make a name for herself on the big and small screens. In addition to her starring role on Modern Family, she is also the host of the hit show America's Got Talent.
