Abstract: Comedian Andy Richter, best known as Conan O'Brien's saucy sidekick, is moving out of his Burbank, California home.

The 3,200-square-foot home is listed for $1.995 million and is labeled as contingent upon sale.Richter purchased the property in 2013 for $1.225 million.

The four-bedroom, three-bath home, built in 1939, also features a separate guesthouse, which was formerly a horse stable.

Sky blue paint accents throughout and beautiful leaf-patterned wallpaper in one of the bedrooms are touches that give this modern-style space a bright look. The home is located in the Rancho Estates neighborhood and is flanked by trees and tall hedges for maximum privacy.

The lovely living room features a fireplace and the open family area/kitchen combo includes upscale Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. A full wall of windows provides plenty of sunlight and views of the yard, brick patio, pool, spa and guest cottage.

Upstairs, the master suite features an ample sitting area, two walk-in closets and a spa bath.

The guest house has a full bath that could be converted into more bedrooms, a media room, home office or personal gym.

In addition to his years on O'Brien's late-night show (and many forays into sitcom territory), Richter has voiced many animated characters - such as the Madagascar film series and TV shows like Bob's Burgers and The Mighty B!

Richter remarried in June of this year, and his old boss O'Brien stepped in to officiate the wedding.
