Located 16 miles southeast of Las Vegas, the four-bedroom, 5,250-square-foot home sits on three acres.
Here's a look at the interior details of the Super Bowl champion's desert home.
The first impression of Marshall's custom-built home is dazzling, thanks to the living room's vaulted double-height ceilings, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful fireplace.
The kitchen countertops and huge T-shaped island are made of quartz with a waterfall edge. The kitchen has two dishwashers, a nearby wet bar and a large pantry, so hosting parties and family events is easy.
A floating staircase leads to the second level, which has a loft with enough space for fitness equipment. The spacious master bedroom includes dual wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, dual vanities and a private sitting area with a separate deck.
Outside, there is a barbecue area with bar seating, dining space and a TV, as well as a sparkling pool and spa. Grass, native plants and open greenery complete the backyard design.
Marshall, 33, was a key member of the defence for the 2016 Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos. The Las Vegas native played football at the University of Nevada and was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. After playing one season at Florida, he came to Denver and played six seasons with the Broncos.
